I’m new to the forum. Really enjoy the discussions and knowledge I’ve gained thus far. While not my first purchase I sold previous Sub pre-craze and much to my surprise found the current state of the market. My wife really liked the bluesy but I just went for what I really wanted..

Best choice! That would be my pick for a 1 watch collection because its the favorite from my collection (and I have BLRO Pepsi, hulk, batman, Sd4K, SD43). I actually prefer the all steel Daytona over the ceramic.

this picture really gets at the versatility of this reference. While it can be quite shiny and very noticeable, it’s really only in direct light that this is the case. But the subdials pick up an almost warm gray tone in the light of the pic, compare to the bezel. The beauty is that it’s the first Daytona with the in-house movement and the colors a bit more versatile than the ceramic version. Given it’s the same watch minus the crockery on the bezel, one can get them at a much better deal.
