I just bought a 16710 to scratch the Pepsi itch and couldn’t be happier. It’s VERY different than my 116710 LN, even with a black bezel. I’m still planning to wait another decade or two for the 126710 BLRO - but I’m not letting either of my current GMTs go if/when I ever get the call as they’re all unique enough in their own right

Keep the LN, it’s a classic and more versatile IMO.

Since the LN is your one and only, keep it. It’s more versatile. Get on a list at your AD. Save up for the next 3-4 years and by the time you get the Pepsi, you will have enough to add it rather than replace the LN. That’s what I’d do, if I were you.

We all want what we think is the latest and greatest and fail to appreciate the beauty of what we already have. I've had the Pepsi for about a week, but I would never give up a fantastic piece like the LN plus an exorbitant amount of cash.

Put your name on a list, be patient, likely 3+ years and most importantly, love and appreciate your LN for what it is.

Thx I like the idea

Thx all for the honest opinions! I appreciate them all. I’m eager to get my LN back tomorrow after a 3 weeks wait as I had to send it off for a UK home insurance valuation. I’ve missed it, that’s for sure. The last time I wasn’t wearing it was Dec ‘16 when I sent it for a service back to Rolex.
Great comments all, thx

This is my view.....
I wore a 16710 Pepsi for years, even before the advent of ceramic. As time passed my collection grew. Eventually I had four 16710’s. One Pepsi, two Cokes and an LN.
I found my favourite became the LN and it got the most wrist time. It’s just so versatile and for a GMT probably the most under the radar.
Fast forward and I eventually bought a ceramic LN. Now I did swap out it’s bracelet for an all brushed sub bracelet. I like PCL’s on my DJ’s etc but not so much on a GMT.
My ceramic LN has now been my daily since I retired my 16710’s to the collection box.
If I were you I would keep the LN and add the BLRO, especially if you're a little bit of a collector. If you’re a one watch guy and don’t mind making the trade, then get the Pepsi.
I want a Ceramic Pepsi but I know compared to my LN or even my CHNR, it will get the least wrist time. I’m not into hype at all, I buy and wear what I like and having worn and liked the Pepsi for as long as I did, sometimes one tires of the vibrant red and blue the watch displays. For general every day wear, I feel the LN is the better watch overall.

That’s a very comprehensive reply, thanks! I do love my LN and after reading all of your comments and a chat I had at the AD yesterday, I will not be selling my LN. The back story here being - I spoke with two staff at Goldsmiths when I picked up my watch after an insurance valuation. I mentioned my thoughts about selling the LN and they both said the same thing, “don’t do it!” LOL. Since they’ve now been discontinued my valuation came back with a higher value than I had guessed. I’m not saying that value will continue to snowball, I don’t think that for a minute, however, more that it shows how popular the watch is and if I get rid of it, I won’t get one back. Lol.
