I think CHNR is more beautiful then BLRO but different tastes .. TT and SS ...
Looks like CHNR is not in your radar so wait for BLRO ...

If the CHNR is a watch you want to add to your collection then go for it, it’s the nicest TT reference in the catalogue IMO. If you’re buying it due to FOMO then no, I wouldn’t add it.

The BLRO is whole different animal in my view.

There is a big difference in look between the RG DJ and CHNR. a lot of people will not notice you are wearing two different watches if you wear BLRO and BLRN. CHNR is a great looking watch and gaining popularity. I would buy it and also buy the BLRO if you really want two different colored bezel SS GMTs.

I’ve got both and if your heart is set on the BLRO, you should probably wait. The CHNR is the more handsome of the two IMO and though I love the Pepsi for its own reasons, it does sometimes seem a bit less sophisticated and classy in return for being more playful given the colors and lighter weight. So I’d say it completely depends on your preferred aesthetic since they’ve got the same complication and functionality. You already appear to enjoy two tones and I think the Root Beer is person is second to none among two tones. It’s stunning.

Yes, wait for the one you want. Buying a second choice watch and hoping it will grow into true love rarely happens. You'll be satisfied for a couple days but then the itch for the BLRO will be back. The good news is that we're starting to see BLROs filtering into the hands of regular buyers. Six months ago they were as rare as hens' teeth. Now, however, more and more folks are getting them.

So true. I had no clue how nice the jubilee bracelet was. It just fits the GMT so well. It's to the point now that when i see a GMT on an oyster it looks off.

I think the CHNR is the nicest of the two but if you do not like it, do not buy it... It will please someone else that will enjoy it as it deserves.
Try to think about what you really like about the BLRO... I have the feeling for many people it’s just the hype about owning a BLRO that matters.
When I look at what happened about the LN... 6 months before Basel, almost nobody was interested, now...

I have the CHNR and an LN and Pepsi in the old 5 digit.

The LN is the most wearable everyday watch, the Pepsi 5 digit is a true classic but the CHNR stands head and shoulders above any GMT yet produced to date to my eye. It’s simply horological perfection with its blend of metals and colour tones working in perfect harmony.

Same cannot be said of a Pepsi in either 5 or 6 digit.

Don't get me wrong, the Pepsi is an iconic piece, and I’m on a waitlist for a 6 digit myself but don’t pass up the chance to own the CHNR. As someone has already mentioned, it’s gaining in popularity, and when supply gets strangled by Rolex as I’m sure it will in time, it’ll become a unicorn.

Well, my opportunity to buy the CHNR is gone this time around. Will have to go back on the waiting list and when my AD gets another one.

It seems like the CHNR looks much better in person than in the pictures. That is one of the reasons I did not even go and see the watch. I knew, if I see and it is stunning as most folks say, I will buy it. Next time...

I'd wait for the the SS BLRO, TT GMT is very nice but these are much easier to find

Perhaps the silver dial DJ41 needs to go. Have not worn it much and I prefer the TT sundust dial better.

Im a SS guy, to me the CHNR is more of a dress watch which I think your DJ fills that role. If it was me I would wait for the BLRO or BLNR (I would ask your AD to keep you in mind for either)
