This seller ok? Pure Watches - EBAY

Good Morning!

I have been scouring the bay and other areas for my first vintage datejust. I had found this seller Pure Watches - and have had excellent communication on discussing some of their watches for sale. I am in the market for my first datejust - love the fluted bezel - white dial - and the jubilee bracelet. This particular one peaked my attention but wanted some help from the experts if you think this looks ok. Thank you!

There are two different watches pictured in that ad, for one, and the bracelet is supported to some degree by the plastic insert, so there may be more stretch than is evident.

The pictures are beautiful, but otherwise I can't comment on the seller.

Notice the TT bracelet.

I would be very careful buying off eBay unless you are very experienced in buying vintage pieces. You could contact one of TRF's trusted sellers to help you acquire a piece with greater confidence of authenticity.

Yes, what u see and what u get are two different things. U have to be sold on the seller. Jubilee straps may have quite a bit of sag...hence the comment on the plastic. This can be rather expensive to fix if the sag is bad.

Thank you all so much! It makes perfect sense to buy the seller. I will definitely take all your wonderful advice and buy off a trusted seller on TRF. Thanks again!

Might you please explain to a newbie how to navigate to the trusted sellers list to which you refer? Thank you.

They sell a lot of watches, and have perfect feedback, and a generous free return policy. Can't comment on specific watch, but you are covered if you want to return it. I don't see any problem with the seller.

Check out the Who's Who section. After a little research, you will know who the trusted sellers are. There are also a few threads where that question is asked. I bought a watch from Takuya, he's top notch.
