116618LB Avice/Opinions?
I've been tempted by one for quite sometime and always thought that grey is the way to go but there doesn't seem to be much in the way of a discount or saving on these at the moment, at least in the UK.
It would be my first PM, I've been holding out for a Daytona for quite sometime and it seems that grey is the only way on those but to be honest if I'm going to be spending that kind of money I want it to be on something really special and the LB seems to fit that category. I know I'll get a backlash from the SS Daytona owners, as lovely as it is, it isn't £20 odd thousand pounds special, at least to me anyway. I'm generally a SS man, I own a few but I just fancy something in PM. Have any of you been the same and regretted the PM or once you go that way are you generally converted? |

Get the YG Subc for sure, and if you need more SS they are easier to acquire later, can be Omega as well such as the new SMP 300m, don't have to just be hot SS Rolexes, but in PM only Rolex will do here.

Stunning!
I have 5 SS Rolex atm, a 126300 oyster/smooth/black dial, a 116610LN, an 116520 black dial, a 16710 pepsi and an 116710 BLNR. I don't have to sell anything to buy a gold sub but I'd be tempted to lose the DJ41 and possibly the 116610 whilst the resale is good as I don't think I'd need a SS Sub and a gold Sub. I keep thinking that my SS apprenticeship is over and it's time to step up a level and maybe have fewer but wear them all more often. |

Sounds like a full gold Sub or GMT should be in your future
