Forget Christmas, THIS is the day I can't wait for!
I've just made the most pleasing discovery - I thought Watchmen was due to be released on 3 June, but as it turns out the release date is 5 March.
Yes, yes, I've been waiting for 20 years for this so three months shouldn't make a difference, but hot damn, this is gonna be good!

Zack Snyder is very good director, and his two latest films (Dawn of the Dead and 300) are masterpieces of it`s own. So I`m completely positive about his adaptation of greatest graphic novel of all time!:thum bsup:

hope the plot does not spend too much time on the watchmen's angst about wether to wear an anti magnetic watch in a nuclear plant against the benefits of a submariner. Do they go into outer space? That would be another hour arguing about - is an Omega Speedy better than a GMT?
The possibilities of a follow up are boundless. Which watch is the best stealth watch when I want a quick change in the phone booth. What goes best with my lycra suit a coke or pepsi? How do I set my daytona to measure my speed when I fly backwards around the earth? Hope they don't come across Mr Bond they will end up gossiping about watches while the world burns. |
