A Massachusetts mayor faces charges that he was seeking bribes in exchange for helping weed vendors get required approvals. Among other seedy charges, the embattled mayor is accused of demanding that a would-be legal weed dealer hook him up with a Batman if the dealer wanted the water turned on in his building.
