Thanks for sharing. Forum members will be warned of these scammers in the future. No problem when it's not original, just don't LIE about it to customers....

I am so glad it all worked out for you. I recently made an impulse buy as well from a pre-owned shop and after I bought it I was seconded guessing myself all the way home.

Posting photos here and reading the feedback made me feel a lot better about my buy.

It pays to posts photos here you'll always get honest and useful feedback.

It came with an old box....but it wasn't in mint condition, probably very good condition (because of the bad bezel polishing job), in which case I think 6000 was high, even with a service and two year warranty.
I'll bet many people buying Rolexes have no idea what real MSRP is though... shady nonetheless.

I visited one of their locations on a recent trip to Las Vegas. I pulled into a parking space and was promptly told by a very large security guard that I was in the owner's space and would have to move. I checked and saw no markings or signs of any kind. I wondered if that was how I was treated in the parking lot, how was it going to be inside? Got back in my car, left and never looked back. Glad now that I did!

You would think that a reputable jewelry store would not lie to their clients and would provide good customer service. Looks like "Tower of Drek" doesnt care if they loose customers or think they are not affected by word of mouth. Good that you got a refund, and warned us of these crooks.

Thank You,

Ed
