I'm guessing this year will be chill. Just more options of the same stuff we have seen. Maybe ceramic bezel on TT daytonas. More dial options for dj ii, etc

I would think a SS ceramic bezel Daytona may be the only solid bet...

and if so....What will that mean for the premium on the current SS daytonas?

rise in price or fall?

I'd be shocked and disappointed if they offered the SkyD in SS. How would they differentiate it from the WG version- no fluted bezel or PCL? I'd prefer to see them keep the complications in precious metal only, stratified, like the DD. If they had to come out with YM2 I would've preferred they keep it only precious.

Would love to see WG or RG GMTc. I don't like the GMT case at all, sold my SS model in very short order due to the uncomfortably angular case and sharp edges, but might give it second look in RG.

Wondering if they will cater even more to the exploding Chinese market (exodus of cash being poured into tangible goods) which seems to be more opulently inclined- stones, precious metal (plat and YG in particular), etc. At least this is what I'm told by a few west coast and HK ad's I know- Chinese gravitate towards over the top models.

I am aware of that, but I was hoping for a dressier and thinner AC, like the original.

Don't see that happening as the SkyD is their new flagship sports AC and my guess is it will stay that way.

a "patek style" AC or PC would be part of the cellini line, IMHO. rolex is for sports watches or dressy sports watches (DJ, DD).

I predict an annual calender and a platinum Daytona.

I did predict the Pt Daytona a few years ago here on the forums but it was always a bit of a no-brainer.

A red/black red/blue GMTc is likely to happen in due course. Consider how ga-ga people will go over such a nothing development in actuality.

Do you mean a textual month and day of the week display? It would be cool, I'd love to have this day/date/month layout on a Rolex:

Picture showing a Patek Annual Calendar Chronograph 5960P, sadly not mine...

Not likely.

I have asked that person repeatedly to post sources and the information is never posted. Not worth considering anything posted by that person IMHO.

Boy is that a massive understatement, lol!

Sometimes I wonder if they perhaps have planned on unveiling something we've predicted here but after seeing it's already theorized on the internet they don't, just to screw with us

If this is the case, we will probably never see the ceramic Pepsi/Coke GMTs they have on the shelf in the R&D department that they've been sitting on.
