Lovin' my BLNR…and I will step right up when you have yours and say "Good on ya, mate!".

A modern classic, IMO…

Great choice! I keep coming back to the Batman even though I bought another watch thinking that will be used as my daily beater.

Thanks guys! Appreciate the kind words. The PAM190 was a huge price to pay. And she was a good one too - keeping time like nothing else out there. I would go as far to say that the PAM190 is probably in the top 5 best PAMs of all time (of standard production models). And a good one is getting harder and harder to find.

I have to disagree with your GF. These do not look cheap to me.

No one in New Zealand has one for sale. And I am on a right timeline: I need to buy one to coincide with my overseas travel in August to get it GST free - else it is silly $$ which makes the US MSRP look cheap.

I think a handful have come into the country and they have flown out of the shops as soon as they land. Anyhow, had my name down at a few ADs and playing the waiting game worrying if my timing will work out. Thing is, the ADs don't know what's coming in from Rolex until they get the parcel. And they got no BLNRs last month. So it was dire.

Well, got the call today that one AD has one coming in and it should be in the shop a week from now. Yay!!! It seems to have worked out!

Sorry for the nearly new watch post. But I am a little excited. And my girlfriend thinks the BLNR looks cheap with the multi colour bezel so I'm not getting a lot of excitement there! LOL. But then she also thinks the WG/Blue sub looks cheap!

I will post pics when it lands.

Greg

I've finally received my GMT BLNR and have been wearing it hard. It has been everything I hoped it to be and feels like a great compromise between my Sub C and Explorer II.

Here are some pics of it leaving the country. And with its new friend.

Such a great watch!! My Wife was not wowed by it either if that helps. However it gets a lot of wrist time and she is warming up to it:)
