Here is dialogue from there website.

Rolex is introducing new versions of the Oyster Perpetual Sky-Dweller, its classic watch for world travellers, for the first time in a choice of yellow Rolesor or white Rolesor versions – combining 904L steel and 18 ct yellow or white gold. "

Two tone white gold/stainless with Rolex is always just the bezel in precious metal. Otherwise the white gold/steel Skydweller wouldn't be $3000 less than the yellow gold. That's the difference in cost of the two tone bracelet vs the all stainless on the white metal version.

You're welcome! The site only lists the TT under the "new" category, you have to hunt for the SS for some reason.

I hope they come out with Arabic or Roman dial options for the SS model!

Absolutely love the SS Skydweller. I'd like to see someone do a photoshop of the black and blue dials on black and blue leather straps!

Not sure I'll be buying one, but agreed that this one would be it if anything. Like the new SD, but think it's just too bulky.

If this were like 4 years ago, I would've loved it. Used to love the SkyD, over any other PM Rolex. I think my tastes have changed enough, where now I feel it would be too big and too flashy for me personally, but still not a bad release. Always thought the SkyD movement was innovative and very clean way to have the month indicator.

I'm glad to see it in TT/SS and more accessible to a lot of people. Always seemed like it would be hard to actually purchase a SkyD over the classic DayDate.

The watch is very nice but for 14.4k Id just opt for a older all PM model watch for the 21-23k range.

I love it but don't know whether should I go for it or not. I think this watch still can't dethrone Sky Dweller 326938 for its appeal

So true. I also have yg with silver dial that I love the most and also would like to have seen this watch stay as pm like the president and pearlmater. The blue is very nice of course.

I much prefer the index markers on this dial.

The month indicators are much more visible and visually it's a lot cleaner looking.

X2....I agree....lots of watch for your $$$ here. I think that this watch will take away some sales of the new DJ II 41 that are priced around $10k.
We shall see.

I love it. Best release by Far. I'd take the Blue SS over a Daytona C any day of the week. I just need to figure out how in the world I'm going to be able to afford / justify the price...

Waiting for my call to pick the s/s-blue SD up! The Daytona can wait.

Have you flipped them yet, Josh?

It's a great piece but the service costs bother me. Also, I hear from my AD that it can be a PITA to set this watch because it apparently has a leap year function; he said it's the one watch that he would recommend keeping on a winder.

There is no leap year function.

No need to keep it on winder either. All functions can be adjusted ANYTIME, forward and backward, without any risk of damaging the movement.

Adjusting is super easy thanks to command bezel.

quite the contrary i think. the whole watch industry has a pricing problem and flooded with overpriced brands and products. instead it will force other brands to develop better products or lower their prices. i think Rolex is being more astute and forward thinking via their pricing strategy. i think brands like tag heuer and zenith under Biver are also adopting this strategy. (ex. Zenith's El Primero Defy 21)
