Guess I’m in the minority, but the champaign dial for me. I’m not a fan of the white dial on the yellow gold or rose gold day dates. Love the champagne dial
Legibility shouldn’t be an issue for you if you are good with the legibility of the chocolate dial DD that you have |

Of your choices, the white dial is fresher, crisper and younger looking. If it were me, I’d keep the rose/green and trade the chocolate for a platinum DD.

I vote for white.
