Try pairing the sauna with some yoga to bring the amplitude down.

Rubbish his watch is not magnetised given the facts that the movement is constantly affected by the earth's gravity, metal expansion and contraction, temperature variations, subtle changes in lubrication and friction, shocks, and so on. A drift of a few seconds is hardly life threatening and no real concern unless you have {CCTS} constant checking time syndrome.

Elvis wore his King Midas in the hot tub.
He didn't care! "THANK YOU VERY MUCH" And ELVIS has left the building!

Trapped air expands when heated putting pressure on seals etc. I don't wear mine in a sauna.

What a great line from PADI :
"A drift of a few seconds is hardly life threatening and no real concern unless you have {CCTS} constant checking time syndrome." Luv it FYI all of mine over the last 30years have been worn in sea, pools, saunas or steam rooms.... no issues yet __________________ |

A sauna is hot, but not really at increased pressure. I wouldn't autoclave a watch (pressurized steam) but if you can survive it, the watch should do fine:)

I detect a pattern. The first day your watch was +4, the second day it was +8. See if it’s +12 after day three and +16 day four. What this means is that your watch is gaining 4 seconds per day. Pretty decent timekeeping.
