The black Sub. Although it seems everybody and their dog has one, it's for that reason it’s the best choice. The black Sub is more versatile than the Hulk and the AP is just butt ugly.
But that’s just me, I’ve been wrong before.

For me it'd be a sub. Either one is great.

Agree with most everyone... can't go wrong with a classic black sub in most every situation.

I am a one watch guy and I chose the Sub, the only difference I decided to get the LV Kermit. Kinda best of both worlds.

If i absolutely had to choose only one between the three I would just take the hulk, knowing it can be thrown on no worries, solid robust and easy. Also a plus is, it would always keep the highest resale value of the three..

Love the LV, very cool but for the 1 watch collection I would have to go w the black Sub.
AP diver is beautiful, but you need to be a little more careful than the Sub. All round , hard to argue w the black sub choice

ROO is a beautiful watch imo. But if ur going to have just one.... Undoubtedly, it has to be the Submariner. Truest classic icon.

The answer is always the sub.
Green is nice but more a fan of the classic black. I have owned the AP diver... it didn’t stay in collection long. Primarily the internal bezel while cool as heck, is by comparison to the submariner bezel in a word , tedious. Ps If the timing bezel isn’t a priority for you then there is a whole world of watches available that are not divers.
