I went for the 519LN WG due to dial and ceramic bezel. But in absence of that version on full bracelet go for the same dial. Its a show stopper.

I love the OF, but if it came on full bracelet I would switch.

If you want the watch to stand out as ...”obviously/probably a daytona” from a distance and to non=wis...the steel dial with contrasting sub-dials does that very well. The blue dial, without contrasting sub-dials, looks like most any chronograph out there... from a distance and to non-wis. So, if you don’t care about any of those factors...either is a great choice!
Both are beautiful watches, and the WG feels great!
I personally think the steel dial looks best with the contrasting bezel on the OF. The blue dial is a beauty, just no contrast, which I also personally prefer with a Daytona.
All about personal choice and the “look” you’re after. No wrong answer here! The Daytona is a great reference!
Good luck

So it arrived today, just had the bracelet adjusted and I’m very happy with my choice 🙂
I’d love to post a picture but the photos on my phone seem too big for the limit here. In any case, you know what it looks like!
