That looks so beautiful and fits really well on your wrist. It looks much dressier than I expected. So, what are you thoughts? Did it meet your expectations?

I think the strap really drives the classification of dress on this watch. Once I put something with a little color on it, I’d imagine it will “sport up.”

As for expectations, zero regret other than buying all those Rolex’s instead of prioritizing Journe.

This watch is way heavier than I expected too. In a good way. You can feel the cost :)

Lastly, the Chrono on this thing is so much fun. The 6 count seconds dial is a crowd pleaser in the office. Resetting it also is a great show.

What a beauty! If I suddenly encountered this watch on someone’s wrist in the wild I would flip. Add a couple different colored straps and you can dramatically change the look of this watch. Enjoy it!

Congrats, looks lovely. Sadly my 6.5 inch~ wrists are not a great fit for 40mm Journes, otherwise I would love to add another to partner my CB.

Thought I would share a view next to other popular chronograph models for size reference.

My bet is that you could pull it off. Have you tried the original CTS, no lugs, big dial, wears small.

PT has some weight, I think people don’t really expect it.

Congratulations. Looking forward to you changing it up a little with some new straps.

I feel the same way... hunted down a 38mm and what a great size! So much so, I’m always on the lookout for other discontinued 38mm journes.
