My offer was accepted. $2500 including a service. Im pumped. Gotta get a NATO strap on the way now. Dealer quoted 5-7 days for the service to be completed.

Let me be the first - congratulations. I'm may be biased, but I believe the 16750 is the best GMT you can buy. You get all of the benefits of the vintage models (plexi crystal and in your case the matte dial) and the "modern" benefit of a quick set date, which, let's face it is something you will use every other month or so and the fast beat movement. Wait till you put that watch up to your ear to listen to the pinging sound it makes as it ticks away. It's enough to make you cry.

I wear mine mostly on the Hirsch carbon strap. It looks absolutely fantastic with the black bezel insert.

Nice deal too mate - really nice.

Jasper,
On your Hirsch strap, did you go with the 20mm, or was the 18mm needed to fit better? I noticed with a few straps, it was better to go smaller to fit between the lugs,

20 mm FTW (that's kid's speak for most definitely). The added bonus is that my Speedmaster Pro has 20 mm lugs also so I can swap straps between the two.

OK, finally got it figured out. I have to roll the stem 3x to get the date to change, but it changes every time on completion of the 3rd rotation. Glad I kept messing with it to figure that out. HAven't taken it off yet. My wife is going to kill me if I end up liking this more than the GV she bought me a little while ago.
