Let's not over complicate this...


Pricing correlates well with M2 and it can be properly back tested going back to the 50s. It all comes down to one thing: Money Supply / Inflation



I'd love to post charts or links but I'm new so if you wish to see the correlation, 5 minutes of googling will answer the question that video couldn't.
