Just my .02 with change to give, I like the RM better on your wrist. I've never owned an AP Concept but have been fortunate to try them on and it never fit my wrists well and looked awkward IMO. Price is all relative but better options at the AP Concept price point unless you just want to diversify your collection. I've had a RM005 and RM010, I miss both and would pick the RM over the AP Concept - perhaps not the tourbillon though, maybe a RM030? You have a lot of options in the price range you are shopping, hope you are enjoying the experience!

I tired my friend RM30 and it was nice but impossible to get from boutique as a new customer.

The grey market is possible but it feels a bit crazy to pay 3x retail.

OP a very good friend of mine was offered a RM from the London boutique about 3 months ago, it was their latest model and obviously at rrp, I think it was £170k. He has no history with them but very nice APs and PPs. It might be worth trying to work with a different boutique?
