I fantasize about the day when my SA says something like, "but wait, let me go in the back and see"... Lucky you, enjoy it!

Congrats. Love this piece.

That being said, the scenario, as described by the OP, pretty much sums up how crazy this hobby has become.

It’s nice, but if I wanted a SS watch and the AD told me I couldn’t pass on buying a TT I think I would just have to prove them wrong.

Why buy a watch you didn’t want & don’t sound sure about?

And please don’t get me wrong, I like it a lot, and I feel lucky to have been able to put my hands on it. I know some are on a “waiting list” to get one and I don’t wanna sound spoiled and insensitive. I was simply saying that there are other models that I personally like more.

Thanks for your input.
Huge congrats! Very lucky, I had to wait >6months for mine. It’s one of my favorites. It’s def a sport professional watch and can be an everyday wear. Goes well with a tux or at the beach. Just wear and enjoy!!

“Can’t pass on it”…. Because it’s a great watch or because if you passed the AD wouldn’t sell you things in the future?

Anyway, it’s a very nice watch.

I’m looking for something with some flash and will either do the bluesy or all gold version. Love that watch. Great job!

Congrats!! It definitely grows on you.

I'm on a waitlist at my AD for a blusey. Hopefully maybe within a year or so according to my SA

Congrats! In all honesty, I've never cared for two tone, but I really like the look of that... Very nice.

I see you are from Montreal, I've been on a waitlist at the AD's in Montreal for that watch for almost a year now.

but i'm definitely not a whale, more of a minnow.
Wear is good health, congrats.

Congratulations, when I think of the iconic two-tone from the catalog, I think of this one. Wear it in the best of health!
