I am waiting on this very reference from my AD. In fact, he offered me the blue dial last week. I tried it on - stunner - but I declined, told him I wanted to wait for the Rhodium, and to sell the blue to someone who really is wanting it.

He appreciated that, and told me he can get the Rhodium for me in a reasonable amount of time.

I've been on a crazy Rolex shopping spree recently, and I've gone and checked this watch multiple times on the Rolex website after seeing this thread. It's beautiful, and comes in 37" which is probably the perfect size for me.

I have 18cm wrists, this 40mm curves well around and feels smaller on the wrist than the precious generation 40mm submariner Ref. 114060. I tried the 37mm on back when I ordered this watch and it was just slightly small for my taste and wrist but looks identical, picture attached.
