LOL I also thought it was going to be some tragic scam story. Looks like you married someone intelligent. Good luck losing the weight, you will be better off in the end but you may need to remove a link or two ;)

Today, I came back from work and I was thinking about taking some pictures of my newly restored Datejust now on a strap. But when I opened my watch box all I saw was a small note where my baby used to be .

(If you want your watch, lose weight! Get slim!)

She said she'll give it back to me once I've lost the 10kgs I've gained since we got married. On the bright side, she didn't nick my Subby

So, my mission is to lose 10kgs.

Wish me luck I'll keep you posted. I'm off for a run.

Buy yourself a Vitamix emulsifier... it is like a super blender.Got to vitamix.com. I have started exercising and I make fruit/vegetable smoothies with plain lowfat yogurt and some flax seed. They are tasty. I bring about 24 oz to work with me and sip a bit every hour or so. I also eat a lite sensible lunch. I have lost about 20 lbs pretty quickly with some lite exercise.
You can also go to greenforlife.com , I am not a vegan and still eat meat, breads etc but I try to diet during the week so I can ehjoy dinners out on the weekend. On Oct 17th at midnight, QVC qill be running a sp[ecial on the vitamix machines, They are not cheap but they are by far the best and most copied.Best of luck on your weight loss. Hope you get the subby back soon.

Maybe your wife should send it to me!

Cheers, don't worry I will . I haven't posted a picture of it since I got it back from the RSC last February. At the moment it's on a Rolex black calf strap and it looks very nice, but I'm probably going to get a new jubilee for it as a reward to myself (don't worry I still have the original folded link bracelet).

In your case, I'm sure your wife just wants you to be heart-healthy and live a long time.
Thanks Yeah, she's just worried and I love her for that.

this whole process can be done safely in about 3 days.

have fun!
I'll give that a try this week. Thanks for the advice

Thanks Yeah, I'm a little worried about that. I guess I could try to bulk up my forearms

Thanks I'll check it out. Lack of exercise was my main problem. When I was a student I went surfing everyday, before and after classes. Once I started working and moved to Japan, I just kept putting exercise off in favor of going out with the boys, if you know what I mean. Thanks again for the information
