How do you clean your Rolex?

I just ordered a ultrasonic cleaner (for other jewelry). I assume that would be safe on the band? need to suspend the watch itself above and out of the cleaning solution, of course.

Also, to those who use WristClean, does it perhaps leave a conditioner of sorts (wax, etc.) to give it the extra shine? have you compared the results using wristclean vs. just soap to see the difference?? I am leaning towards buying that too, but can't imagine it working better than just Dawn and warm water, unless it actually 'conditions' the watch afterwards by leaving some type of conditioner behind??

They of course mentioned that you need to use the versions without alcohol and ammonia etc. I believe this is always the blue color soap that sometimes includes wildlife on the bottle. I believe Dawn (blue bottle) contains alcohol (denatured).

WristClean removes all the gunk and doesn't leave any film, which is why they shine so nice after. Soap will leave film.. just my observation.. I could be wrong.
