.. and plenty of guesses going around..

I thought we would start our own "Guess" Thread, and see how close we are.

Put down what you expect to see, or even hope to see, and let's find out how good a guesser you are !!

Here is what I expect.

1. A SS Sub Ceramic, of course.
2. Upgraded clasp and bracelet on the Yachtmaster
3. Upgraded Clasp and bracelet on the Explorer II
4. More dial options on the DateJust II
Yes to all of the above and ...more...
Maybe New 41mm additions plus New ladies models

The EXP is going to be the big deal this show. rolex.com even has a reference to it on their home page.

5. Explorer II - Maxi case & dial/new clasp(not glide lock)/brushed center links
6. New clasp for the Yatchmaster (this one is coming for sure... but they might do it mid-year like in the case of the Daytona).

Wish list:

1. 36mm stainless steel Day-Date (since the DD II is the flagship anyway)
2. 38-39mm Air King (well 38-39mm DJ II is no longer a possibility so...)
3. Leave the 14060M, Explorer II, Daytona alone... (am not a maxi case/dial fan).
Maybe they will make it a 41mm Explorer?

Hoping for...a larger explorer i option and/or a redesigned explorer ii with the newer shaped case/lugs, maxi dial, bracelet and clasp. In all reality, i believe this is wishful thinking, but if either of those changes take place, my newer v series 16610 will probably be posted on the "for sale" section of the forum.
+1 on the explorer 1

Pointless wish...
The new SS sub with blue dial and black bezel (so it is diff than the WG one). It'll never happend, but I can wish.....right....

• SS Ceramic Sub (identical to newest TT subs without PCL's)
• 16610 and LV discontinued
• 14060 kept in production

True, not to metion this would mean messing with Caliber 4130 to add a date module or creating a whole new Caliber, which Rolex does very...very rarely!

50th Anniversary of the Cosmograph Daytona is in 2012. They will mess with it, just not yet.

Yeah...and it will be about time. I love my '56 Bel-Air Nomad, but I would sure be pissed if Chevy made cars like Rolex and believed in upgrades/face-lifts once every 15-25 years.

The current Daytona is iconic, but dated IMO...time for some new blood. If you love the current model, great, there are plenty of examples (and always will be) to get your hands on...now & in the future.

All those haters out there can flame all they want, but give me a bigger Daytona w/ a date and throw that amazing Glidelock clasp on it and I would be in chrono heaven.

This is just too exciting.... but will Rolex really put out a new SS sub and Explorer I and II in one year? The suspense is killing me....
