This is a fake but it seems to be fooling some

My grandmother could ingrave better than this - AND SHES DEAD!!!!!!!

I though all of the earlier Patek fobs were non engraved with no markings like this one:

And now for the movement from that listing:

The movement looks like its on par with extra complications for the split chrono feature, I have a feeling this might be legit with someone being creative at some stage and engraving that info in there :-(
