UK Servicing
Hi All
Is it possible to send my watch directly to Rolex Bexley for servicing ? Is it preferrable to send it directly rather than through an AD ? What are the pros and cons ? Any help much appreciated. Thanks

I'm lucky enough to live only an hours drive from RSC Bexley and can honestly say that they are a delight to deal with. From the girls on the phone to the front of house watchmaker, i've had immpeccable service. All done direct.

As my two Rolexes were bought this year and last servicing is a little way off but does anyone know if Ernest Jones add a handling charge, or other uplift, to the Rolex service cost?
I only ask becasue I live within 15 mins drive of Bexley but have a 10% Signet Discount card and wondered whether going direct would actually end up costing me more? Thanks. |

The amount has to go on the card but then pay it off when the bill drops through the letter box. Peter |
