This is a really stupid question but I'll ask anyway.

How do you adjust the bracelet on a Rolex? Is there a screw only on one side, like a Breitling, or on both ends, and one screwdriver locks one side while the other unscrews the link?

On youtube, etc. I've found tons of videos on sizing bracelets, but never one for Rolex, so I figured I'd ask.

I don't have one yet, but I want to make sure that when I get a Rolex, I have the right screwdrivers in my toolbox to adjust the bracelet!

Screw on just one side, my friend. Good luck finding that first Rolex!

Cool, so when you unscrew the one side there is a shaft that's fixed to the other side of the link? I'm just surprised I've never seen any pictures of this!

Aaaaah, so one end of the link is threaded for the pin. Dang, no wonder there is no "how to" on the internet for these things - it looks like it's incredibly easy

It can be quite tricky, they tend to put some threadlock on it, it just won't shift sometimes

I don't think anything can top the stubborn pins in my Omega watches. Those were a pain!

I know what you mean, the pin and sleeve system is really fiddly, especially bad on the Constellation!

It's found on Submariner and Sea Dweller bracelets, it's where you press to extend the diver's link

Bear in mind, if you buy some older Rolexs' with the non-hidden clasp, you can adjust the bracelet within the clasp, without removing any screws. All depends on the clasp.
