(aother) lume question...

just thought of this question tonight and not sure how to do a search on the iphone mode, so please excuse me if this has been dealt before.

Just wanted to know if there is a life expentcy of the lume on modern Rolexes? Is it like the more lume you "use" the less life/effectiveness it gets?

Reason for this is because we all know a display window at an AD is quite bright with whatever lighting system they have so the watches on display is always charged - is this a correct assumption?

So let's say someone bought a display Rolex, assuming it sat there for months and monrhs, will the lume last as long as the ones came out of a safe or in the plastic boxes?

Probably a noob question... But thought I'd ask anyway.

Okay, I go now.... :-)
