Is the Rolex 114270 Explorer made totally from 316L or 904L stainless steel? ?

Today all the Rolex line up uses 904L for the main case rings etc but 316L in many ways is as good .All the Swiss with brands like Patek Philipe and most of the world watches use 316L.The 904L used by Rolex shows no real advantage to the average watch wearer, only the marketing and bragging factor by Rolex.

I thought that it was supposed to be non corrosive in comparison to the earlier 316L stainless steel previously used by Rolex. I have yet to see any 904L models with the same pitting or case corrosion lke the earlier 316L models.
