Serti Dial for Submariner 16613: Cost and opinions

1) what the average price of a Serti Dial?
2) Does Rolex make Serti dials?
3) What material is it made of?
4) If you replace your original dial for a serti, then do you have
to turn in (surrender) your original dial?
5) What do you guys think of its looks on a 2 tone?

Thanks,

Thanks,
1.. expect to pay $1200+ for a nice one from a grey dealer
2.. i think they must.. they exist, ive seen one!!
3.. unsure, but its diamond and saphire markers
4.. if you ask rolex to do the swap, yes they will keep your old one!
5.. spot on! gold dial works best with either black or blue bezel, silver dial seems dark to me..
