Sell sub and buy new all gold sub?

I have a blue/blue sub with a stainless/gold strap. I like the watch and was thinking of geting an all gold b/b sub instead of a DD and selling the old watch. Thoughts?

If that is what you want I would say go for it. You do not see many gold Subs. I think they are beautiful and gold vintage sports models are becoming very popular, their rare. =) maverick

I went to the AD and they had a few DD and they just didn't do it. I want a new watch and I still like the all gold sub. Maybe I'm nuts?

I happen to have seen a gold sub the other day at an ADs, and it was beautifull. If that's what pushes your buttons go for it!!
As Mav said gold is finding a lot of favor with collectors.

No, you are not nuts! Enamored maybe?
The YG SUB DATE is a gorgeous piece of jewlery. Another choice may also be the YG YM which is also priced a bit less than the SUB for no apparent reason. You can cut some nice deals on gold watches nowdays too!

I know someone who has an am 18kt YG Sub with a the blue/blue combo and it's on a YG Jubilee to match. It's very nice. Not as nice as it is on the YG Oyster, but it's all down to what you like.

I know this sounds strange but I have never seen a 18K sub in the flesh. I would go for the DD because you get all that gold the day and date.

Myself not a lover of gold watches but would prefer to have the oyster
over a jubilee bracelet,if you want it go for it.
