Hong Kong AD/vintage dealer
I'm going to Hong Kong over Easter, can any fellow TRF'er recommend any good vintage dealers?
Any ADs besides Cortina, THG and the usual suspects? Apologies in advance if there is an exisiting thread, but I looked and not much joy.

There is one which is really good... Located in TST next to the Post Office called Pak Lee. There phone number is 2186-7223. They are closed on sundays. I have bought and sold from them. Good luck.

There are lots of Vintage Dealers here in HK. Drop me a line before you come and I would be delighted to take you around. Pak Lee on Middle Road in Tsimshatsui is one of the more recognized vintage dealers. Is there anything specific you are looking for?

I've looked at kenwatches.com but their goods are really expensive (similar to UK). Any other sites I can browse to get an idea?

There aren't many vintage dealers in Hong Kong that actually have updated websites. Stock usually moves quickly here. I was at Pak Lee yesterday and they had about 8 Vintage GMTs in stock.
I'm sure you will find something you like here as GMTs don't move as quick as the other vintage models in Hong Kong. You are looking anywhere between HKD $28,000 - $38,000 depending on reference number, condition and box/papers.

I know of a few pre-owned shops right near the Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hotel in TST (close to the MTR exit). Never bought from them, but I have seen some really nice vintage pieces in the windows.

This might be a good outing for all HK Forum members! We could jump on the MTR and hit a few shops.

Thanks everyone!
Is it "safe" to buy a pre owned in HK? i.e. would I end up with a fake?

I have bought from Ken and a friend has done the same. Transaction was fine - although don't expect him to be overly friendly like it was an AD.
