Might of made an expensive mistake

Ok so hopefully I will just get made fun of for the rest of my life because there is a simple explanation to this but I have to ask. Someone pointed out to me that the 24hr hand isn't pointing at the correct number.
How I could of missed this and not asked the person selling it is well yea enough said

The pros should be along shortly but to me the watch looks ok. I think that past a certain serial number you could adjust the second time zone to show the hour of your choice... (if that makes sense? ) Sorry it's late and i'm not as articulate as I normally am when i'm tired

It's purpose is to be set to whatever time you want. Do you have a manual?

If you pull the crown to the second position (the first being the winding position) you should be able to move the 12-hour hand separately. Pull the crown to the 3rd position, set the 24-hour hand, minute hand, and second hand, and then put it in the 2nd position and set the 12-hour hand and date.

Sorry didn't mean it to come out that way. I appreciate your input 100%!

The "friend" that needs to keep their opinions to themself is the one that has been trying to convince me that there is something wrong with the watch. Sorry for the misunderstanding!

Posted this on your other thread but here it is again....

The watch pictured is set to show two time zones, 3 hours apart....the red 24 hour hand shows just after 13:05:44....the normal hour hand indicates 10:05:44....if it were my watch (the way I choose to use it) then this would indicate I was away from home, in an area 3 hours behind my home time....

By the way....an excellent choice....had mine around 5 months......taking most of the wrist time since it came back from Bexley

You will find you need to use the 'jump hour' hand to set the date too - there is no quick set feature.

Great watch... Looks fine..

When you get it, pull the stem all the way out and set the red hand to your home time using the 24 hr bezeland the minute hand to the correct minutes...... Then, push it in a notch and "jump" the hour hand around to show the proper date, anen once again to show the same time on the regular dial as the 24 hour hand shows.....

Now you are set up to do whatever you want with it... I suggest that you just enjoy one of the most versatile watches in the line-up for a while.........

Congrats on the new watch.....as said before, but in a different way, both the 24hr hand hour hand can move independently.....otherwise you would have real issues if you let the watch sit / run down.

Great choice with the white face!

Don't think there is a problem with the watch, and if it's the one I think it from the FS section you got a great deal. RS
