I remember that there's a lady who works at RSC NY who has helped out a few members here. The problem is I can't find or remember her name or phone number.

No that I need it yet, but seeing how my watch is there for warranty work, I would like to have it just in case I do.

For some reason, Mrs Leone rings a bell but not sure if that's it
