Music City Watch Company/Timekeeper
I am new here and would like to know if anyone has dealt with Music City Watch Compnay which I believe used to be called The Timekeeper. I have seen good reviews about Cayce Faqua and The Timekeeper, but have not seen any recent activity regarding his company. I ordered a sub from this company and dealt with Preston. During the question/answer period he was always willing to email me back info. Once they received my $$ I have found it difficult to get them to give me a status on the order. I have read that they are good to deal with, but I am starting to wonder if I made a good decision as it has been a few days since the order with no confirmation of shipment.
Thanks, Steve |

The original business was sold this past year, and any recent dealings would be with the new owners..

I found Cayce to be a rude Farqua.

They refunded my $$ today so now I can move on and find someone else to buy one from. They told me the deal to sell their business fell through and it is now back in control by Cayce.

My son's best friend ordered/bought a blue sub TT from them about 2 weeks ago largely based on my recommendation. I had previously bought a Datejust and a black sub TT from Cayce about 2 years ago and received 2 great watches in a couple of days after the money transfer went through. He was great to work with and did everything he said he would do.
Unfortunately my sons friend has not received his watch yet and he said Cayce has not returned his phone calls for the last three days. Initially when he didn't get it in a few days Cayce said he had shipped it USPS heavily insured and that was probably why he didn't get it in a couple of days. When it still hadn't arrived a day or so later he called Cacye back and Cacye told him the post office was returning it because they couldn't read the to address and when he got it back from the PO he would send it next day air. That was a week ago Tuesday. Still no watch as of today. I e-mailed Cayce earlier today trying to get him to respond why no watch yet and I am waiting on his reply. Something is not right because he still has the watch for sale on his website. . |

update on Timekeeper Watch Co
Wanted to update on my post about blue sub from Timekeeper. There were extenuating circumstances I found out after the fact about my friend not getting his blue sub. Cayce had a death in his family at that time and he actually sent him a different watch by mistake. I did not know that. He has sent the correct watch and will have the other watch returned to him. He is taking care of this as I was sure he would. I said in my above post something wasn't right because I have had nothing but very favorable dealings with him. Family comes first. I apologize to Cayce and the Timekeeper Watch Co. for casting any doubt on his/their business dealings. I would buy again from him in a heart beat.
