Pearl on Sub Bezel
Hi i was looking at my sub date as i always do but i noticed that the pearl looks like it has a air bubble in it. If you look at it from above it looks fine but if you look at it at an angle you can see it on one side. just wondered if anyone else has noticed this
Richard

I'm sure the resin has the ability to capture a bubble every now and then.
I'd leave it, and consider it a birth mark! |

I had the same thing on one of my Subs. Took it back to the AD they replaced the bezel insert for free. Said it was a defect.

Somewhere on this vast forum there is another thread regarding this ...

i did another search and found it http://www.rolexforums.com/showthrea...ht=bezel+pearl . I dont think i will do anything about it as it doesnt really bother me that much and my watch is about 8 months old and i cant be bothered to take it back to the dealer as they are about 30 miles away.

Too bad you couldn't arrange to have the dealer install a new one while you wait. Hang in there.
