Lug Holes

For those of us in the UK this could be a question about your ears, however it is Rolex related.
I wonder if any one could tell me if you would still find the holes, on the lugs of a new Rolex case. I'm talking about the holes where the bracelet joins the case by the spring bars.
The reason I ask is that I have seen a Submariner No Date 14060M for sale that says it is a 2010 model, but the case has holes.
Quick and accurate replies are required from the experts out there. I will the add more depending on the replies.
Regards
