The current 16610 if you are looking for a date model but will be very difficult to find as it would be one of the first. None date would be one of the last 5513's or first 14060's.

I believe you will be looking for an L series for a 16610; you may want to double check my facts but that series was made between 1988 and 1990. You may want to post a Want to Buy in the appropriate section of TRF stating exactly what year and model you are looking for. Good luck.

How exact for you feel about the birth year?
Sometimes the case serial is within either of two years. If you want
to try and narrow it, look at bracelet codes on the watch as well. It would
not be unusual for bracelets to have date different than the watch, and
sometimes by as much as a year or more. But, it does give you a second
'checkpoint' for the watch's birth year.
