Becthel corp Rolex watch

Hello all, well I need some help and found nothing on the internet so far. My father passed away a few years ago, before he died he added in his will that I was to get his Rolex watch. It was a retirement gift from his employeer The Bechtel Corp. It has diaminds in the face and I think the watch and band were all one color gold. I remember (I think) it saying Bechtel on the face but not sure. Well his new wife decided to keep it after he died. I asked her again later for the watch but she then said she sold it. Wow, this is all I would have had from my dad and she sold it? My question is does anyone know the value of this watch? I did try to look it up but found nothing. I'm hoping she still has the watch and if I take her to court and sue her for the value of the watch she may then give me the watch. I don't want the money just the watch. Can anyone help?????
thanks all
