Caught "Gazing" At Rolex?
I have a great appreciation for fine things (coins, guns, art, jewelry, antiques, etc.). When I'm fortunate enough to be able to afford something fine, sometimes I get caught absently "gazing" at it in a loving sort of way (i.e. my TT Rolex DJ). Has anyone ever been caught "gazing" at your Rolex in public just admiring its beauty? Did it embarrass you? What did you say?

I haven't been 'caught' so to speak, but I do it all the time. And, if someone asked, I'd reply something along the lines of: "Just checking the time for my next appt." (Of some such drivel) Around here...you ain't alone friend. Mark |

Oh yeah, I get caught gazing at mine quite regularly. What is actually more embarrassing is when I'm caught gazing at someone else's Rolex in public. I usually look away quickly, which now that I think about it, probably makes the situation just that much more awkward.

My gf says I do it to her all the time. So I bought her a Rolex.
Now she doesn't notice how often I gaze at her.

At least 2-3 times every day.
I have been warned that it will make me go blind but I just can't help myself. Oh wait, what was the question again?
