I got a good one .....

Comparing my new 116718 to the internet GMT WWP my watch is still dead on after a week. When not wearing it I set it down as pictured.

Thank u Thank u...

I love the damn thing !! But the thread point is that it keeps time better than any of my current or previous Rolex watches. Anyone ever heard of no loss in a week? I am sure it is only temporary, but I was totally surprised.

Never heard of spot-on for a week, but I wouldn't expect it to deviate more than a few seconds per day once it settles, at that rate.

I think if I try other off the wrist positions it will deviate some...

If your experience is like mine with the Parachrom hairspring...

it won't make much difference what position it's set down in overnight. Rolex seems to know their stuff in that regard. Nice watch!
