I have been offered a TT Sub 16613 serial #Y83 + 1,500 cash for my Rolex Daytona 116520 serial #Dxx. Is that a good deal?

After doing some pricing on the TT Sub 16613. I would need alot more cash. Should have checked the pricing first.

I think the 11613 + $4,500 would be fair. Tell the guy to add another $3,000 to his offer.
