Maybe I just need my caffeine for the day.

Anyways, I was looking on a site that typically has a wide variety of Rolexs for sale, and I stumbled over to the DJ part.

Then I see this...




And I fell in love.


Except that it's a DJ1 and I couldn't do 36mm.


Then I started to look to find a solid yellow gold, or even white gold DJ-II.

But my results came back negative.


Does Rolex not offer any solid gold DJ-II's?

I was amazed at the MSRP for the DJ1, also.. $16,000 for a DJ on a strap? I guess I just never noticed because I wasn't a fan of them.

Why should a DJ1 matter? For years the DJ1 has been a standard man's watch.

DJ1 has graced the wrists of many men. A watch should not be so big that it distracts from you as person. If you enjoy the watch, buy it. It is an elegant and classic design.:

Well, it just doesn't feel right..

Plus I need a SD first. I'll get a DJ after, but I'll need to find a pre-loved one here first. I think I'll take this instead...
