GMT Red Bezel Half question?

Is the Red Half of the Bezel on the red/blue and red/black the same hue or Red?

Looks darker on the red/black, but wonder if that is just because of the contrasting Black? Have not been able to compare the 2 side by side yet.

I've got 'em side by side... looks like the same red to me. The blue does contrast the red more, might make it look more vibrant?

Definitely darker red on the red/black bezel.

The 'Pepsi' bezel has a lighter shade of red.

To my eye the Red/Black appears a shade darker. I looked through my scans, but I don't think I have a good comparison.

Note: Both inserts on the GMT-MASTERS are new from service.

Yes, the red on the red/black combination is darker (more maroon) than the red in the red/blue combination.

You got that right! Even when Mike's just illustrating a point with some photos, your mouth just normally drops and the next thing you know, you're wiping off the keyboard...
