Hi a newbie with a question
Hi all, I hope you could give me a little advice, I have just purchased a 1975 Air-King-Date 5700 .........the watch was given to a retiring pilot from Pan Am, who never wore it........it has been sitting in its box for 35 years...........I have been wearing it for a week and the it loses 3 seconds a day.............so everything seems fine, but do you think it would be wise to have it serviced, owing to its lack of use, or to leave well alone, will the watch tell me when it needs servicing, ie by gaining or losing time.
It has a Tudor SS bracelet, would that be standard or would the customer request the bracelet they wanted. Many thanks in advance for any help |
