Icon19 Went To 2 ADs This Morning

I've found my next Rolex!

Initially looked at Turn-O-Graphs at first AD. TT / black dial with Oyster bracelet, then TT / gold dial with Oyster bracelet. While I looked, the store manager cleaned and polished my TT DJ and my wedding band to perfection. My watch looks like brand new out the box.

Neither T-O-G moved me. Very nice watches, but they just didn't evoke any excitement. So then, the manager pulled out the big Rolex catalog and we looked through it. Looked at a few other watches then I left. They didn't have a good selection to choose from.

So then I went to the second AD (from which I bought my TT DJ). Again looked at a T-O-G. Again, didn't move me. From there, I went to a TT GMT Master II with black dial and Oyster bracelet. Very nice! Inquired about a "root beer" dial, but was told that it was no longer available.

Then... there it was... in all of it's magnificent beauty and glory. I was mesmerized... hypnotised... awestruck. AN 18KT GOLD AND STAINLESS STEEL SUBMARINER WITH OYSTER BRACELET AND... A STUNNING, JAW DROPPING, EYE POPPING, MAGNIFICENT, GORGEOUS BLUE DIAL. JJ and Prince... it's even more beautiful in person than it is in your fantastic pictures.

My mind is made up now. Forget the T-O-G. I want the TT SUB with blue dial. I want to join the Blues Brothers!!!!!!!!

Dear Rodney:

You are on the right track but you are missing something: the dial should be BLACK!!!!!
