Pull the crown out all the way and start turning.

Also to adjust the 12 hour hand only you need to pull the crown out and then push it back one click. Pulling it right out will adjust ALL the hands.

colemanitis Pull the crown all the way out, just like when you're setting the time. Advance the time until the 24hr hand is where you want it. Next, push the crown back in and pull it out to its first position. In this position you can set the regular hour hand to your local time. Hopefully this makes sense. Oh, and welcome to TRF! BIG JeEzY All the other members are very much correct with how they explained it to you. Ill just add that a simple way to think of it is this: Whenever you adjust the 24 hour hand... 1. You ALWAYS adjust BOTH the 24 hour hand (the red hand) and the minute hand FIRST. Line it up with the other timezone that you wish to have set to. In other words, if you want the second timezone to be set at 4:00 PM, line the red hand with the 16 on the bezel. DON'T worry about the 12 hour hand at this point. Then adjust the minute hand according to the current time of the hour. 2. Then you can adjust 12 hour hand AFTER your finished with the 24 hour hand and the minute hand. Adjust the 12 hour hand by jumping it one hour at a time until you have it set to your current timezone. Then you're set. Once you figure it out the first time, it will be very easy to set each time afterwards. Welcome to the forum!! Oh and to set the date, just pull the crown to the first notch to adjust the 12 hour hand. Then jump the 12 hour hand around like mentioned before one hour at a time until the date changes over. Dont worry, it will not harm your watch. The movement was designed to handle that since the watch has a GMT function. __________________ -Rolex Explorer II White dial 16570 (circa 2001) -Rolex GMT Master I Pepsi 1675 (circa 1978) -Vintage Longines Automatic w/ leather strap -Wenger S.A.K Design "If you have a facebook or myspace account, PM me.
