Icon20 fast Rolex

i have 10 month old Air King. It gains 3 min. per month. Is this the best it can do ?

3 minutes per month is approximately 180 second per month which is about 6 seconds per day. That is pretty good timekeeping for a mechanical device but you should be able to do better to get it to something like 2-3 seconds per day.

As it is still under warranty you can take it to get it timed and adjusted without charge.

I have a 2007 GMT Master II that gains about 3 seconds per day. It is alot easier to pull out the crown to stop it for a couple of seconds to get another time hack than to completely reset your watch every day if you were loosing time.

Easier to gain than to loose.

As has been suggested, while your watch is within COSC, there is still room for improvement should you want it more accurate.
