Need guru help

Hello fellow timekeeping geeks!

I just stumbled over this image of what seems to be an authentic Rolex but im still perplexed since from doing an image scan on the web I only found one watch that seems to fit the one Im looking for...and its not even an Rolex, its a Breitling.

So could any of you, Im quite sure someone knows, confirm what this is for me?
It is a stunning piece non the less.
