This is an easy question for me. If I had unlimited funds, a Lange 1 is probably the first watch I would buy.

No-brainer for me either - but I'd go with the Breguet. Unrivaled heritage, better finishing. I've handled both, and the Breguet in my opinion is a winner hands-down.

If you want a more classic style, go with the Lange, if you want something more modern and interesting looking the Breguet's the way to go!

I'd go Breguet.

Both are beautiful pieces but I kinda have to agree with Greg on this one.

The Lange is stunning but the quality of the Breguet is almost another level.

The Lange is classic, clean and stunning.

The Brequet is funky, modern yet classic and stunning.

The Lange has a date and the Brequet doesnt. Neither are quick clear to read dials but its a dress watch.

I really think it comes down to what kinda person you are....

It would be a VERY tough choice for me to make but I think Id end up with the Brequet when it came down to it.

I prefer Breguet as a brand but if it were between those two models, I'd go with the A. Lange.

Both are great pieces, neither are really my style. I'd be looking at a Patek if my budget was what yours is. Good luck with your decision.

Interesting choice of watches. I wasn't blown away by the finishing on the Breguet Tradition and it looks a bit contrived for my taste. The Lange has as much heritage as the Breguet as both brands are phoenix operations with Breguet basically being a rebranded Lemania. That said they are both stunning references.

My vote is for the Breguet because it looks fresh even though it's a modern reissue of an old Breguet pocket watch design.

Tough call and there's no wrong answer.

I have been looking at a Breguet Type XXI, so I would pick the Breguet.

The lange is definitely a classic. But the breguet is dashing. You will definitely make more head turn due to curiosity. The lange1 however is a long lasting piece that you won't get bored of. Not sure about the breguet though. But that's me.

They're both beautiful, but I'd go for the Breguet. I've seen one and it's just amazing
